UPDATE: Police at 10 p.m. said Kuyers had been found and was safe
KALAMAZOO, MI -- Police are looking for a 19-year-old man who went missing from his Comstock Township home.
Jacob Ryan Kuyers walked away from his family’s home in the 9000 block of E G Avenue about 5:30 p.m.
Kuyers is a white male, about 215 pounds with dark-colored hair. He was last seen wearing red basketball shorts and an army green backpack. He was not wearing a shirt and is probably not wearing shoes, police said.
Kalamazoo County sheriff’s deputies said he has a cognitive impairment and also needs medication.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts can call the Kalamazoo County central dispatch non-emergency line at 269-488-8911.
