Texas EquuSearch is looking for a woman last seen Saturday in the Midtown area, authorities say.
Laura Read, 34, was seen around 7 p.m. in the 3300 block of Smith Street. She is about 5 foot 10 inches tall and weights between 125 to 130 pounds.
EquuSearch members on Sunday staged at a shopping center in the 1400 block of Gray Street. The search will be conducted on foot and with ATVs.
Anyone with information about the case has been asked to contact the Houston Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 832-394-1840, the Houston Police Department Patrol at 713-884-3131 or Texas EquuSearch at 281-309-9500.
