A 32-year-old pedestrian was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver early Tuesday along Route 130 in Pennsauken, authorities said.
The man was hit at 12:06 a.m. by a southbound vehicle on Route 130 near the intersection with Drexel Avenue, Pennsauken police said Tuesday.
The vehicle is described as a silver SUV — possible a Mercedes — with heavy front-end damage. Its model year is thought to be from 2002 to 2005, police said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity will be released pending family notification.
