KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Knoxville Police Department investigators are working to identify a person suspected of theft and car burglary at 106 Summit Hill Drive, officials announced Wednesday.
The suspect reportedly entered a common area of the building and stole a silver and black bicycle, then took a backpack from a vehicle, officials said. The backpack is believed to have contained a handgun.
