FHP looking for vehicle involved in fatal Zoo Parkway hit and run - WOKV

Jacksonville FL — On Tuesday, Florida Highway Patrol released new photos and video of a vehicle investigators believe was involved in a deadly hit and run incident on Zoo Parkway late in the evening on October 30th. Troopers say they are looking for a light silver Subaru SUV with right front damage and a missing fog lamp. Investigators say there is also possible damage to the right side and the windshield.

According to the crash report, the driver of the vehicle and a 27-year-old bicyclist were traveling westbound on Zoo Parkway near Eastport Road late in the evening on October 30th, when the driver of the vehicle entered the bike lane and hit the back tire of the bicyclist. The report says the collision caused the bicyclist to fall off onto the curb and the driver of the vehicle kept going.

The crash report identified the victim as 27-year-old John Kendrick Jr.
