Size: About 45 pounds each

Willow and Sister’s story: These girls’ owner passed away, leaving them homeless. They are looking for new homes, together or separately, although finding a place where they could stay with each other would be ideal. They know how to use a dog door and ideally will find a home with a yard, as neither is a fan of the leash – they were never on one in their previous home. Willow much prefers women, so would do best in a home with a female owner. She does have a special need: She was born with deformed front legs and gets around (just fine, by the way – don’t tell her she has an issue!) on her elbows. She just looks like she’s in a permanent play bow. She and Sister are good with kids and other dogs and prefer to be inside. Willow likes to sleep on the bed and can get herself on it with the help of a couple of stacked dog beds next to it.

Adoption fee: Flexible, depending on the applicant
