Washington State Patrol is looking for a driver who hit a pedestrian on I-90 near Ellensburg at about 1:30 am Thursday.
The patrol located 20-year-old Bradley Holt of Ellensburg on the shoulder of eastbound I-90 near the city.
He was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in unknown condition.
The patrol is listing the accident as a hit-and-run crime after the driver left the scene.
